Great view, great bar - everything was good.

Quiet hotel, I liked its central location close to the downtown and restaurants. The staff was courteous and polite, everything was great. All the services were friendly, including a continental breakfast and a great pool.

Its breakfast definitely could have been included.

The venue is exceptionally clean and reasonably spacious, views are splendid, the location is perfect just next door to Quicken Loans arena as well as CSU / Playhouse Square. Well-appointed unit with a comfortable decor.

Had a very nice stay for the holidays, everything was perfect. They provided plenty of outstanding choices for breakfast that was included. It was central and close to Horseshoe Casino.

Some people working there were very rude.

Superb breakfast, pleasant staff, large beds. Perfectly located close to the casino. We were offered juices, great cocktails and gins at the juice-bar.

Room was fancy, bed comfy. My stay was pleasant overnight, and the entire staff was patient. Perfectly based in a special area. Delicious and varied breakfast, food was great.

Location was breathtaking, and I liked nicely refurbished rooms and perfectly pleasant staff. For breakfast there was full cooked with bread, cereals, hot waffles, pastries and pancakes to choose from. Unbelievable view, a beautiful balcony, incredible bed, too. Sensational hotel located short walk to Quicken Loans arena, downtown and restaurants. Very quick check-in too.

Thanks all for a very good stay for the holidays. I loved the original-style building and my warm room with a nice view east. It included excellent restaurant for breakfast.

As for me, the area was such bad.

the hotel is spotless and has comfy rooms and nice beds. superb view of lake. excellent pool and white beach. super central location. extraordinary property, 0.5 miles from burke lakefront airport.

Good value and an real good experience. Really handy location, fast check-in and amazingly polite staff. The rooms were decent and decent. Lots of food for breakfast including coffee, fruit, pancakes, hot waffles and scrambled eggs. I loved those guys, providing great service.

Recently renovated and fairly clean place, the rooms are fine. Breakfast is free, we loved variety of meals. Location is easy, relatively near a home field.

Hugely helpful staff, very classy rooms, white beach was secluded. Personalized service, terrific restaurant on site.

The location was strategic and the staff was extremely hospitable. All in all everything was very convenient, but we had a bit cramped bathroom. The pool was incredible and we had non-alcoholic drinks in the cocktail bar.

I loved that it was fairly clean and charming, the staff were terrific and rooms were calm. There was variety of food, in general it was pretty good.

It was really an upscale hotel for a trip to Cleveland. They were PROFESSIONAL and offered me another room for free!

Nothing beats being in Renaissance Cleveland. Everyone was very friendly. Within a walking distance of Tower City-Public Square metro stop, some 5 minutes walk: )

Approximately a 15-minute walk from west side market, which was a plus. It's worth staying here and exploring Downtown Cleveland district.
